Reports slow speed

Why is my Sky app report that the connection is 80 meg, when i run a test its around the 500 meg, it updates for a wail them just goes back to 80 meg. as per piture below

@spikeuk16 At last someone putting up good info, you need to get onto sky to start with by CALLING them profile needs to be looked at, they do have you on a FF500 connection but for some reason the FULL fttc 80Mb/s is applied on the line/system/ or the software check!

That information you have they will see when you guide them to it! Do let us know that you are ALWAYS at least above speed wise when you test or if indeed you fold back to the 80Mb/s speed limit with a hub off/on to correct and push back up to the 500Mb/s! No longer have my sky hub on the network so not able to look and see!
