Replacing my sky hub

Hi i need to order a replacement hub as mine hasnt been replaced in five years but i dont know who to contact or where i need to go

Q Hubs (released in late 2015) are still in support.  Sky will be swapping them all out over the next year or so because they cannot support internet voice calls once PSTN ceases.

 

If you choose to request a swap-out before then, Sky are likely to want to charge you the Broadband Boost or WiFi Max supplement.
