No router-awaiting dispatch

My broadband was activated 13th August but I have not been sent a router. I have chased this numerous times with sky but don't seem to be getting anywhere. On 16th I spoke to someone who assured me that one would be sent out next day but still nothing. On the order tracking it just says awaiting dispatch. Please can someone help?

Hi, 

Sorry it didn't come up with a notification that you had posted and I didn't receive the **bleep** invite. I have now received the router however but still awaiting an engineer this afternoon. Thanks
