My broadband was activated 13th August but I have not been sent a router. I have chased this numerous times with sky but don't seem to be getting anywhere. On 16th I spoke to someone who assured me that one would be sent out next day but still nothing. On the order tracking it just says awaiting dispatch. Please can someone help?
