Repeated requests for returned goods

I have rectly changed my broadband providor and have received a request for returned equipment with associated packaging.

Sky have received and thanked me for the return but today I have received a request from sky to return eqipment asap to avoid non return charges. How do I resolve this issue please ?

Normally we could escalate this to the Sky Messaging Team but unfortunately due to technical issues we've been asked to not do that. The issue is also affected the call centres so post back in this thread tomorrow and we can hopefully help,you.
