Reolink WiFi camera won't connect

Hi I'm having trouble connecting to my reolink WiFi camera via WiFi since switching to sky. It works fine connecting via 4/5g

Therefore the answer can vary but general advice for attaching security cameras is first check the area where the  camera has enough wifi signal easily done by using a phone on the same network. Assuming it does it could be an issue with the dualband wifi Sky hubs use by default but thst looks unlikely as Reolink say their units support dualband signals. If you have a white Sky hubs use go into the hub's settings in the My Sky app and change the WiFi security setting to WPA2. 

After that a factory reset of the camera is a sensible next step.
