Remove connected devices

I am trying to remove devices from my WiFi connection on my sky APP on my phone......but it won't let me....it is asking me to upgrade my package.....WHY IS THIS.....I SHOULD BE ABLE TO REMOVE DEVICES FROM MY WIFI WITHOUT UPGRADING.....I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT SIMPLY.......CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT .....AND WHEN ITS DONE ....I WANT TO CHANGE MY WIFI PASSWORD.....THIS IS RIDICULOUS....I WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS ON MY PHONE WITH NO HASSLE......WHEN I WAS WITH VIRGIN....IT WAS SO SIMPLE ON MY VIRGIN APP......THIS SKY APP IS RIDICULOUS...I AM TRYIYTO REMOVE DEVICES I CAN SEE CONNECTED AND WHEN I TAP ON THEM TO REMOVE THEM ....ITS TAKING ME TO UPGRADE PACKAGE AND ITS STOPPING ME FROM REMOVING THE CONNECTED DEVICES..

Are these your devices you're trying to remove, or are you saying other people are using your broadband?

Individual device blocking is a feature of the Parental Controls bundled with the WiFi Max subscription supplement.
