New Sky Max box but now WIFI only works in room with router
We were forced by SKY to change our broadband offer to a Sky Max box. However, after connecting the router box correctly we are unable to connect WIFI to any devices, although the SKY test system says everything is connected and is fine??????
My daughters XBOX says connected to WIFI and internet but no apps open.
My phone keeps disconnecting and have to reconnect.
Phoned SKY the earliest they can send out an engineer is a week on Sunday.
I work from home and need WIFI - can anyone HELP PLEASE???

I read the other posts on here about the SKY max box and decided to complete a factory reset as we also had the phone line not working issue.
I'm pleased to say that it appears to have fixed some of our problems, which indicates to me that the either the new router sky sent us was not new and instead was a recycled one or with the numerous other sky max issues on here, these boxes are simply not reliable.
I will keep my eyes on it over the next few days, but this is really disapointing service from SKY.
