I can't reload hub
it just says web page not available

@Really+sky That nmessage has nothing to do with your account status, that is a message, have you tried pressing the rest button on the hub?

Yes tried the reset button, i get as far as reload hub and that's it

If internet is working on other devices then the problem isn't an account issue.
That appears to be a smart television: are you trying to connect it for the first time?
