Broadband not working on weekends
Hi, already for few months my broadband is not working at the weekends how I should work I work from home, did many calls but nobody do nothing!

I did call a few times they said every time the same restart the black box and the rest of what you need to do when you call them I follow the steps every time but still how is the weekend it's not working so I might change the broadband as its not acceptable for me as In working from home and paying 48£ a month for broadband what's not working!
Even on the sky app I tested the wifi all showing good but the wifi is not working!
!
