Regund
I am paying for fast brosdband but despite your engineer calling at my home and doing his job, it was not possible to connect me as external work needs to be done. You are going to be doing this work inthe new year, no date in affect yet. Whilst I am waiting you are actually charging me full price for a service you havn't given me yet, therefore I would like a refund for the over charging.

@DottyP You need to call sky on that particular issue you have, the Forum is NOT sky customer service and your request goes no further than what you typed!

@DottyP You won't receive a refund but may well receive compensation once the issue is resolved, see the link below
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
if you have yet to receive a connection of any kind you shouldn't be paying anything yet but will likely get compensation for delayed provisioning
if you do have some form of connection they the first paragraph of my post applies
