Gigabit terrible WiFi
I had Gigafast installed at my home on Friday 19th December which needed my router moved to a different room, now my door lock doesn't work, my doorbell doesn't work, my side camera doesn't work and the speed is exactly the same as it used to be. It is meant to be approximately 900mb/s which it shows on the sky app, but I run any internet speed tests on any device and it is not even 10% of that - ie what it was before gigafast was installed. I need some support to set everything up properly.

Re: Gigabit terrible WiFi
@Tris_Horn Move the sky Hub back to where is was working before if that is possible for you to do, a longer Ethernet cable is all that is needed rather than the short 1 to 2M length that sky supplies!
See if the help also addresses your speed query issue!

And for speed related issues good read.
