My internet goes down now 2-3 times per day and always at around 9pm. Trying to get a straight answer from Sky is ridiculous. Does anyone else have this issue?

Same here. Just spent 10 minutes going round in circles on the website to try and speak to someone. I guess Sky don't want to be troubled by customers.
We lose connection multiple times a day and have to reset the wifi via the router. We have had an electician around that does a lot of work around entertainment systems and he was shocked how intermittent our wifi was. Can no longer wfh as cannot rely on the wifi staying up for 30 minutes.

Same here. There seems to be an awful lot of broadband issues being posted and going unanswered at the moment.
