Regular consistent Captive Portal disruption
Every day at 4:00 pm I start to get multiple Captive Portal detected notifications via zscaler, followed by started capturing packets and finished capturing packets notifications. All take around 2 mins each time and always reset itself without any action from me. Problem is that during every event, laptop, Teams, mobiles, alexa etc drop connection. Can anyone tell me what triggers these events, what a Captive Portal is, why it happens every day regular as clockwork, and hopefully how to fix? Thanks

Re: Regular consistent Captive Portal disruption
A Captive Portal is functionality on some internet routers which intercepts the first web request and redirects this to a log-in page. No Sky Hub model has such a function by intent, but there's an error page on the white Max Hub that has the same effect if the external circuit goes down.
