Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@colin.t run the connection test in the My Skky app over a mobile connection as that is the most reliable way of finding out if there is a known fault. If nothing is shown give Sky a call and report the fault.
At any one time statistically it is likely several thousand of the nearly 10 million lines in the London area will have faults.
