I've had a red light on my sky max router for the last hour or so. Done the whole power off device for 39 seconds and back on but still red light showing.
Gone through the service checker which says everything is working and shows my devices with good connection, even though some are not connected.
Tried to disconnect and reconnect my phone to the WiFi which then tells me there's a problem with WiFi and takes me to connection diagnostics with 3 pictures of different connection types with the usual check cables, power cycle equipment etc... then poinys me to this site to report an issue
Any ideas?

The first time you run the service checker it will give historical data. So if you get all green ticks run the service again and click on your broadband speed and then click on check my connect in the blue box to update
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Red light on router but sky checker says everything is working
Perfect thanks, re-ran it and it recognised an issue and gave me the help guide for fibre connection/ setup through the Optical Network Terminal (it was giving help for phone socket or modem before)
Gone through the help / advice and I'm back online
Would be way more useful if the service and connection checker used live data instead on historic, would have saved me a lot of searching online
Thanks again

Reboot of the ONT, no idea why as never had to do it before but it's 6 ft away from the router and separate power supply
