Red light on hub no internet

It seems to be a sky internet problem as others in my area are also experiencing the same issue. I have tried rebooting with no success

There are multiple posts from others with the same issue so not sure where you are but I have seen the CM2 postcode posted a few times.

I am CM3 I have done the testing but no success but I can't find a way of contacting Sky as it is saying there is no problem in the area!!

CM1 same problems, same roundabout with online help and talking to a bot on Facebook. Brand new Sky customer, might not be for much longer!

It's weird because support are telling me my issue is not linked to any known faults in my area, but loads of people on here and elsewhere from same or adjacent postcodes all reporting outages at exactly the same time around 4pm.

 

It surely has to be related or am I going mad? My openreach box looks quite content and sending data to the hub.

I’m CM1 and have had no internet since 4pm. 3 green lights and an orange on the router.
