Red light on broadband box, can't connect to WiFi. Reset twice.

Firstly, have a read of this posting on scheduled broadband maintenance;

Also, check there are no current outages in your area;
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If not, would be worth try running a line test;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

I have completed all check 3 times and checks come back everything working apart from Mini Q but how can Mini Q work if I have no broadband

@Sweetp27 tge Q mini only needs a connection vis your hub to the main Q box to access linear channels and the recordings. It only needs an internet connection for streaming apps and on demand content not yet downloaded

Broadband isn't working, I have done all the "checks" that are mentioned but I still have the red light and no internet. So I'm not sure what the issue is!
any help please?

@Kirsty295 You may be able to do the check now from the time when you posted up so see the link below!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
