Red light LOS
Hi unfortunately my wifi is not working, on the ONT there is a ed light flashing on the LOS sections, could you please explain how this could be fixed? Many thanks.

As far as I remember the l o s light being on means there is a problem with the fibre optic cable as that light mean loss of signal , you will need to ring sky and get them to arrange an engineer visit by the sounds of it. I have fftp with them and if everything is working OK you should have 2 solid lights and 1 flashing all should be a yellow colour which is what I have on my o n t box, hope this helps you

@Freakz Is this still the case this morning that you have the red LOS light on the ONT, can you follow the directions below.
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
