Connection issues

My WiFi. Doesn't reach everywhere in my house and my sky mimi box keeps losing connection..a sky engineer came a couple of months ago and said he'd fixed it but it's still not right...we're all

eunning out of 5g because we are having to use our data as our phones just drop in and out all the time, there's no constant connection...so frustrating and can't get to

speak to anyone coz there's no number on sky.con!!

@Mummycav  If you want to speak to someone at Sky about this just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts ignore it when it tries to send you a text and stay on the line for an advisor.
