WiFi down with Orange Voice Light

I am now another Sky broadband customer with the same problem.

 

For two days in a row, my Sky Broadband has dropped overnight. I have a solid orange light on the "voice" category of the router. The internet will pick up again in short bursts and Alexa seems to connect okay. But Sky Stream is rendered completely useless by the event. I have tried all sorts of resets and unplugging but the problem persists. I leave for work, come home and it's resolved. However, it is still off in the mornings.

@Scrumpet Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
