Red light LOS on ONT

No signal, need help.  Switched everything on and off 10 times.  Still seems I have a loss of service in the Cardiff area.  Any ideas on the Red LOS light on ONT box?

@chopra5 simply means the ONT has Lost its Optical Signal. Unless the Service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection tells you Sky are already aware of an issue affecting your line then call Sky to report it. Openreach will need to check the connection which is normally done within 2 to 3 days.
