Red PON light

I am trying to set up my MAX hub broadband but the PON light is red, I keep getting redirected to a robot when I need to speak to a human.

@Eve98 Sky are going to be closing now for the Evening, did the Installation Engineer leave the system like that with the Red Pon light, or was it all a steady Green to start with?

Red light  usually  means  that  there is a break  in the fibre optic cable  somewhere  outside  and you are not getting  the connection
