I posted something on here yesterday and didn't get anywhere, but I've had a red PON light for 24 hours now, can someone please help me try get this sorted, literally can't do anything in my house

Find out more@Ccjones unless the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection tells you Sky are aware of the fault you nedd to call them to report it so Openreach can check it out. There are inevitably loads of faults following the storm so it can be a pain getting through on the phone and repairs are taking longer.

Just getting this stuff, no offer to report it or anything, I can't find the numbers to report it too, dunno why it's so hard to report a fault
