Red PON light, what do I do?

About 3 weeks ago had fibre installed into our home. Heavy winds this weekend, internet dropped out about 2 hours ago. In our open reach box it had the red PON light illuminated. Have turned everything off and back on again, no luck.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
