Open reach ONT no power

Hello,

 

my ONT modem seems to have died as there's no lights to the unit. Sky can send an engineer but as it's Openreach kit I assume they don't carry them to replace, or would they? Any advice please how to speed up the fix. Thank you

@Billy921 

This will need reporting to Sky so an engineer can be sent if needs be. If it is an Openreach engineer then the sooner it gets reported the better as they aim to respond with 3-5 working days to domestic customer faults.
