Intermittent problem with Wi-Fi not getting the guaranteed speed

I've got fibre 150 but I've done the troubleshooting on the app and keep getting different speeds, often under the guaranteed 100

100Mbs is the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of broadband delivered to the Hub over optical and ethernet cable, not WiFi broadcast from the Hub to wireless devices.

If you have the WiFi Max add-on, the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee for Ultrafast 150 is 25Mbs in every room.

Without that add-on, the WiFi Guarantee is a whole 3Mbs.
