I have a red PON light on the open reach box. I have tried rebooting everything and have gone through the online troubleshooting guides. Appears to be a fault.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Zoë_C your ON`T unit has lost connection to the optical network which will require Openreach to sort out. You need to report the fault to Sky. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Update: got a text from sky saying fault had been resolved and ticket was closed. I'm not quite sure how they came to that conclusion with zero interaction and no improvement to service.
Rang sky and another escalation was made as they were unable to resolve. Was informed it could take til after the new year to resolve?! Yet another night of no internet, TV or telephone. Also in a poor coverage area for mobile so mobile data service is limited.
Not great being stuck without any services for a considerable amount of time.
