Red PON Light

Hello everyone, 

 

Wifi was installed few days ago and was working only for couple of hours with Red PON light being on for the rest of the times. 

would love to speak to someone from the Sky staff to solve the issue.

@Yelena_76 you should be able to get through if you call. The fault in likely to be the failure of the weld the joins the internel fibre cable from the ONT to the external fibre cable that happens in some cases.
