Red Alarm light on national broadband box

Tried my sky fault check and the fault help step by step nothing working on my broadband

@MattyBarry if your connection is still down call Sky so they can get Openreach to check your fibre connection.

As it's a 'national broadband box' (presumably National Broadband Ireland) I think that would be NBI themselves rather than OpenEIR: it's a bit complicated over there.  Repair is still booked through Sky though.
