Just got sky fibre installed a couple of weeks ago. I got a card that has the password along with the QR code version. The QR code password works fine with mobiles phones.
The manual typing password does not. 6 different people now have tried using the password on the WiFi printer phone and other devices and it says password incorrect. The password on the card does match the one printed on the hub but they don't work.
I went to change settings in the route but I am stuck as I use admin as username albut but it wants the password from the router l/sticker which doesn't work on there either.
Is there a way around this? I need to use my printer and can't as it's manual typing password only.
