Recovering Cost of Early Termination

I transferred from a Broadband Provider and had an outstanding balance for terminating early of a month or so.  Sky informed me they would pay this  (up to a max figure).  Does anyone know how you go about claiming this early termination balance?

@Dirac1 The information can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer be aware though the credit will only be applied to your Sky account it cannot be transfered to your bank account.
