I have no internet connection. Internet light is initially amber then switches off again. Voice light is amber. I followed all the steps and reset the broadband hub. The connection initially comes back and then drops again. It's been on and off all day. Could you please resolve this ASAP?

Find out more@JL8 If you have followed the troubleshooting steps and its not made any difference you will have to call Sky to report the fault, be aware the targeted lead time for fixing is 2 working days from the day after the fault is reported, which would be Thursday at the earliest and that is dependent on the availability of Openreach.

Find out more@JL8 Click on this link https://www.sky.com/help/home scroll down and click on "Need more help" and it should give you an 033 number to call, if you are in the Republic of Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is showing correctly.
