Hi Superusers
I have been trying to reconnect my Teckin Home Life plugs for three days and only now with frustration I fine out that Sky have given all plug owners of this type a real headache!
Can I get detailed help in how I can resolve this issue since my change over to Sky for a pensioner it's a real worry I REALLY WISHED I HAD'NT CHANGED to SKY!

You may have been affected by a dodgy firmware version that was stopping some smart devices connecting properly. Are you still having issues?
