Reconnecting cancelled broadband

I was expecting to move out at the end of January so cancelled my broadband. The move has been delayed a month, how can I reconnect for 30 days?

Sky broadband pricing is based on a minimum 18 month contract length to cover the charges levied on them by Openreach, so aren't going to offer a standalone month.  ISPs which do shorter term provision typically charge a fairly large set-up fee (around £100) plus a higher monthly rate, and unfortunately even if you order today you're looking at the usual 10 working day minimum lead time for activation.

Almost certainly not through Sky.  Has the service actually ceased?

Yes it has been switched off. I am currently hotspotting via my mobile which is not ideal and can't connect the sky TV through that

You might also consider buying a cellular router and data SIM: that would almost certainly cost less than the setup fee for a short-term broadband service (which isn't likely to be active before Feb 20th at the earliest).

@freddi444

Your post isn't very clear so are you saying your broadband has been suspended due to a bill not being paid, if so you will need to setup a monthly payment method before it will be reinstated.

@freddi444  You're not talking to Sky, we are customers.

Your post is a bit confusing as you say your your account was closed, however earlier this week you posted

"i just want to carry on paying my bill mothly , i need to reinstate my DD , i have paid for june already "

So what is it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
