@Vikingjeff_52  Are you already a Sky broadband customer or are you just joining as a new customer?

I have the same proble. Been with sky for years so thinking maybe I dont need and activation date but dont want to risk turning evrything off ect if its not going to work!

If you've ordered Max as a Hub upgrade rather than a change in broadband technology then there is no 'activation date'.

 

However you won't be able to administer the Hub (including changing WiFi network name and password) until the Max tabs appear in your My Sky app.
