(Update from last post) Can I please be reconnected with the ROI chat team. We were working on resolving this issue but it has been disconnected.
Not sure what to do at this point.
Our wifi line has been down since the beginning of December. I have called in a number of times now each time speaking to one of the helpful customer service agents but they all say the same thing. "This needs to be addressed with the backend team, they're logged off right now etc", " the backend team need to make contact with the open air team (engineers)".
Each one of them say they will call me back the following day but never do. Ive now started to call every single day to keep the pressure on but have made no progress other than getting credit for each day it is not working.
We badly need the wifi though where we are living, it's at a critical stage with work etc.
Can anyone help me get an engineer to fix this?
