Slow speed download speed is 3.42, This is an intermittent and it keeps giving error network connection error

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Joosub how are you measuring speeds and what units are you measuring. If its Mb/s that is very slow but 3.42MB/s isn'tvtoombad as that is over 27Mb/s which is still not great. Sky guarantee speed to the hub and you can find that by running the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the broadband link it will guve younthe recent history and the guaranteed speed to the hub. If your connection is running slowly it will give further help
If the speed to the hub is correct the issue is likely to be slow networking speed in your home most likely down to dodgy wifi.
