Recently upgraded from SuperFast to UltraFast+ and now seeing pixelation when streaming
Never had pixelation with SuperFast.
The pixelation takes up roughly half the screen & lasts for microsecs & happens every 2/3mins.
Here's my stats:

@TapeHeadthe router stats look stable. What platform is this happening on and does it happen on all devices using the same platform?

The only TV streaming via the Qrouter is a Samsung.

@TapeHead Are you saying that you have the router the Sky Q hub for your broadband that looks like the third router in the link below.

When you say sky q router do you mean the sky q satellite box?
How is the sky q connected ie wifi or ethernet and are you uslng any ethernet switches

@TapeHead I was wondering with you having ultrafast broadband and using a Sky Q hub. But seems that is cleared up with the question from @cookiemonsteruk

Just trying to figure what significance 173 collision packets would be if @TapeHead was streaming through sky q on that ethernet connection
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

@cookiemonsteruk That does seem a lot for sure if that is all that is connected via ethernet.

The SkyQ2TB box is connected to the hub by wifi.
I re-booted the former yesterday - no improvement. I'd previously reset (& then re-booted) the hub as soon as the pixelation started.
I'll put in a call to Sky.
