Received a letter today to say visit the portal to review options you update or changing hub before the current hub stops receiving service and security updates

Re: Received letter to review hub in time for change in December
I have the same issue!
can't find anything that tells me how to get a new hub! Surely Sky should be just changing / updating them as under contract?

Re: Received letter to review hub in time for change in December
The older hubs are being exchanged in batches. Mine was changed at the end of February after receiving an email from Sky. It's possible they are now sending letters to those customers who have not responded to the email or Sky have no email address for them and a letter is the logical next step,

Re: Received letter to review hub in time for change in December
I have had the same letter and I cannot see any information on reviewing my options or updating my hub or visiting the portal.

Re: Received letter to review hub in time for change in December
The fact the letter seems to be missing information on how to exchange your hub has been reported to Sky. Most customers needing to change out their hubs have received an email with the relevant link.
