WiFi dropping out of all devices and not connecting

Hi there. Our WiFi has been dropping out of all devices Sky TV/boxes and not connecting to our phones and laptops periodically for a few weeks. Today there has been no connection at all and we cannot connect despite your connection tracker saying that the signal into our house is really strong. Maybe the internet router is fault however we only recently had fibre fitted by you and a new box installed?   My wife and I rely on your service for our respective businesses so it's essential that this is resolved asap.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you ran this test then the next step is to call Sky:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have this problem too, just started in last day or so and only on my phone. If I try and run the test from MySky it just times out.  

 

Laptop connection is fine, wifi drops out on the mini box frequently too.

 

I have to use my phone data to use the Internet.

Used the test and had strong signal coming into the house but then the signal wasn't transmitting anywhere after that. I've rebooted everything and re connected all boxes again. Seems to have worked but that what I thought the last few times it came back online recently. Time will tell. Thanks.
