Really slow internet, and kicking devices off

Hi my internet is really slow and kicking our phones off wi-Fi  and also even hard to watch anything on a fire stick

I have the spinning thing more times in the few months I have been with sky compared to the yrs with Virgin..looks like a bad move to sky **bleep**
