Reactive line from old tenant

We were using the internet from the old tennant. They have now moved out and we don't have access to her login to change the name of the contract or simple reactivate the line with a new contract. Any advice?

Either you will have to wait until they cancel their broadband or ask sky for a new line

@Loub2  The old customer needs to cancel their services and you sign up to use Sky, Sky won't transfer services in your name.

 

You certainly shouldn't be accessing their account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can contact sky to place an order to takeover the existing service so you have an active service in your name rather than the previous tennent

The line is now classified as a ceased line so the previous occupant needs to cancel before a takeover or @Loub2 can request a new line
