Checking broadband settings

I have been trying to check / update my broadband setting (PG, 13 etc) for over a week now.   However, when signing into my account I am continually told "sorry there has been a problem ", as below.

 

Has any one else had a similar problem, is there a solution or work around?

@J+Parnall  Have you tried doing this on a PC if you have one in a browser?

Yes, I've tried both a desktop and laptop.  Same message on both.

@J+Parnall  If you are unable to change it and you are the account holder give Sky a call and listen through the voice prompts and they should be able to set it for you. Just dial 150 on your landline.
