Hi I need to re arrange my broadband set up date from the 6th Feb until the 21st Feb due to family illness I won't be at home

You should be able to reschedule installation via your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account or call sky on 150 from your sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops
