The engineer never turned up, and our internet has gone down yet again. The only infrastructure changes were the Sky router/ONT. We never had issues like this with Vodafone. When it went down, you just restarted both ONT & router then it would be back online again. We also do not have our original phone number either which

is ridiculous. The mysky app seems to think my broadband is connected despite it clearly being offline. The service from Sky has been appalling within the very first month.
