Additional pod/wifi extension

I just upgraded to sky max with a sky max pod extension. This doesn't seem to use my sky mini box as a wifi extension so my coverage is actually worse and i could use another pod. How do i get one??

@Me999 You need to call sky, report that you need more and they will arrange an Engineer visit to assess what is required!

How exactly do i call sky? I have a number but it takes me to an automated service that ultimately doesn't result in anything useful

@Me999 All the services are automated, when it tries to direct you to the Forum stay quite and you will get queued to the next available agent!
