How do I add an address to my sky account? I have the same problem. I am a customer, I have bros

I have the same problem. I already have an account and need to check my broadband speed. I can't do that without an address being associated with my account. I went into my account details to add an address. All that came up was a pop up saying something about changing address for DVD deliveries, but nowhere to go from the pop up.

There should be an address present n your account so if there how long have you been a Sky Broadband customer and did you leave sometime in the past then return ?
