@Kirstymarie04 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum but you can check this yourself as if you have Sky broadband you can run a conection test in the My Sky app which can go on to check connection to your devices. At a guess it could simply be the TV is not getting a strong enough wifi signal so you may need a booster or even usecan ethernet cable instead. If younpkan to stream video you need a good wifi signal which is why using a cable is more reliable.
