How can my subscription be cancelled when you have taken 2 payments today.

I will have to cancel soon, as I am moving house and you do not cover the area I am moving to, but that will not be for a couple of months. Why have you taken 2 payments today of £41 and £43

I just want to talk to someone about the douible ayment yesterday. Why is it so difficult to speak to anyone?
