Getting intermittent buffering problems when streaming to our main tv. Even happens when no other devices are in use.
Also, Wifi devices occasionally loose contact with the router needing a router reset to enable reconnection. Are these known issues ?

@AlanW35 there are literally millions of SR203 hubs in use and while they are not the best performing routers there are no serious issues. The main factors controllinng wifi speed are the layout and type of construction in your home. To give your hub the be st chance makecsure it is not hidden under or be hind other kit. It should be on a surface above obvious obstructions like radiators. The same applies to devices as far as is possible.
The other factor can be interference from your neighbour's wifi networks and from your own kit. This is particularly important when streaming video. It is worth checking thecspeed your TV is connected at which can be done if you have a Netflix account go into the app navigatecto Get Help and run the network test.
Inmany homes a single free wifi router is not going to be upmto providing decent wifi in every room loads of choice of third party kit you can buy or you can buy Sky's own Wifi Max bundle.

Re: ROUTER SR203
I'd add that the Sky Broadband Hub has been around since 2019, so is a mature product by now.
